Baby massage isn't just about the baby (I mean, it's a lot about them, but there's more to it!)


Here are 3 ways that it can help you, mama:


Spending time with other mamas, chatting with them and finding that you often have the same worries is a huge thing!


You know that moment when the baby is crying and you don't know how to comfort them - well, sometimes the familiar strokes of baby massage will be that golden ticket. And if it doesn't help the baby, the familiar movements can calm you down, slow your heartrate back down to normal and have a calming effect on the baby anyway.


When you're on maternity leave, you can feel like you've lost all sense of normality and routine. Having a specific class to come to each week gives you back an element of routine.


Your mental health is SO important, did you know that in the UK, 1 in 10 new mums suffer from post natal depression? When I see that figure, I also think of all of those mamas who battled through it alone, without seeking medical support - they won't be included in the statistics.
